All of our Mugs are professionally printed at our Studio Headquarters. They are processed though a system know as sublimation, whereby the image changes from solid to gas back to a solid state. The image is then protected under the Polymer coating which means it cannot fade. It is completely Microwave friendly, and you can wash it a million times. It's not going to fade.

Our items are shipped by Royal Mail in a custom made mug box which is wrapped securely for your convenience. Normal delivery time to the UK is 3-5 days. It may arrive earlier than this however. We advise allowing a total of 7 working days as sometimes Royal Mail can have difficulty finding an address if it is not clear. So please always ensure you are 100% satisfied with the address you provide.
